By accessing or using BrightMinds Baby, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

BrightMinds Baby is a mobile application that provides educational content about baby brain development, pregnancy tracking tools, Garbh Sanskar audio content, health logging features, and an AI-powered assistant. The service is designed for parents and guardians in India.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per user; sharing accounts is not permitted
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

• Free Tier: Limited access to features including 2 activities per week and 3 AI questions per month
• Premium: Full access to all features, billed monthly through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled per the applicable app store policies
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change with notice

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the app
• Share or redistribute premium content
• Use the AI assistant to generate harmful or misleading medical advice
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

All content in BrightMinds Baby — including text, graphics, audio, code, and design — is owned by BrightMinds Baby or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Our AI assistant provides general educational information based on published medical literature and Indian healthcare guidelines. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or prescriptions. AI responses may not always be accurate and should be verified with a healthcare professional.

Health data you enter (weight, blood pressure, temperature, etc.) is stored securely and used solely to provide you with tracking features and insights. We do not share your health data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightMinds Baby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
