Refund Policy

Seed to Six subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Refunds are governed by the respective platform's refund policies.

Apple App Store

All refund requests for iOS subscriptions must be made directly to Apple.

Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours.

Google Play Store

All refund requests for Android subscriptions must be made through Google Play. Subscriptions cancelled within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund.

Seed to Six Policy

Seed to Six does not process refunds directly for in-app purchases. All subscription management and refund requests must go through your app store.

Exceptions

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support@seedtosix.com. We will investigate and work with the relevant app store to resolve the issue.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Seed to Six subscription at any time. Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

How to cancel:

  • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Seed to Six > Cancel
  • Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Seed to Six > Cancel
